This is a new project we are working on with O’Connell East Architects. It comprises the demolition of an existing office building and the construction of an 11 storey reinforced concrete framed student accommodation development with around 200 bed spaces in a mixture of cluster flats and studio bedrooms. The ground floor accommodates a mixture of amenity spaces along with cycle and car parking.
This is a joint venture between Apache Capital and Investra.
Demolition are currently on site and the contract is being awarded in March 2017 with occupation being set for September 2018.
BREEAM rating is excellent.
