Planning legislation and guidance since 2000 has driven the dramatic increase in demand for Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs)

We undertake FRAs for a wide range of developments to assist our clients not only with initial site assessment but also to satisfy planning obligations. We adopt a flexible approach to developing the scope of the assessment to ensure that it is appropriate to the nature and scale of the proposed scheme.

In addition to the production of the FRA to satisfy planning requirements we will also consider the results of the assessment in terms of their impact on drainage design for the scheme in question.
