The refurbishment works at The Grange, Radcliffe on Trent Parish Council's community property, have been successfully completed. The £200k 12 week refurbishment was finished on time and on budget and the property has now reopened to the public for hired events, meetings and other activities.

The building has received a complete overhaul to achieve current standards including full damp proofing measures, complete re-wire throughout, state of the art fire alarm system, fully fitted kitchen to provide catering facilities for all types of events. The property now boasts full DDA disabled access and toilet facilities to the ground floor. In addition, structural alterations have been made to optimise the usable space within the building and make certain changes to the layout.
