Ashby School have appointed HWA as Civl and Structural consultant for the construction of a £2.4m modern extension to the existing boarding pupils 'school house.

The extension is a threee storey building of traditional construction with the emphasis on retaining a high thermal mass to improve energy efficiency.

Design is ongoing and is planned for completion in February 2010.
