Following a major fire at a Nottingham city centre bar, HWA have been appointed to assess the damage and coordinate the repair works.

Libertys Bar on Upper Parliament Street in Nottingham, was extensively damaged following a fire which started in the roof of the four storey building. Having become aware of the fire via local TV and Radio, we contacted the owners of the property to offer our services. An initial structural inspection was carried out to establish the extent of the damage and we then received our main instruction to prepare a schedule of works to support the insurance claim.

A detailed room by room survey was carried out to support the production of full AutoCAD drawings. These formed part of the tender package along with the schedule of works and tenders have now been invited from a selection of local contractors.
