Our athletic prowess came to the fore to varying degrees as 11 members of HWA staff and their families ran the Sport Relief mile along the banks of the River Trent.

Sunday 21 March dawned feeling more like winter than the first day of Spring but thankfully by the time the race started we were blessed with plenty of warm sunshine and bright skies. As you can see, we all sported our decidedly turquoise HWA team shirts and I am pleased to report that we all completed the distance in respectable times.

However, our main achievement was to raise money for Sport Relief and with donations still coming in our total currently stands at over £250 so well done to everyone that took part.
