The start of 2010 has seen an upturn in our activity levels and we have recruited two new engineers to ensure that our high quality service is maintained.

Stephen Gregory joins us from a practice in North Nottinghamshire and has over 6 years varied experience in structural consultancy since graduation. We are delighted to have finally secured Stephen's services as we had offered him a position over a year previously only for him to turn us down! However, our persistence obviously paid off and he is already proving to be a valuable member of our team.

Alison Jackson joins us as a graduate engineer from Arup where she worked for 2 years after completing her degree. Having worked for one of the world's largest consultancies, Alison impressed us with not only her academic pedigree but also her real desire to work in a smaller practice environment like ours. Alison has relocated from Newcastle, returning to be closer to her family where she studied before going to university.

Both Stephen and Alison are the product of our increasingly rigourous approach to recruitment which is already paying dividends. We wish them both well and hope to be able to report on further new recruits in the near future.
