HWA are working on a number of projects around the UK with TMA Property Solutions, a specialist developer in the care sector. Initially focused in the East Midlands, we are now working on sites in South Yorkshire, Cambridgeshire and across the South of England. The projects are typically clusters of supported living accommodation which include on-site staff accommodation with one-bedroomed residential units for tenants with special needs.

Three projects providing a total of 20 units have been handed over to the client over the last 12 months, with six others currently in progress at various stages. HWA are providing a full civil and structural engineering service through the development process, from site surveys, desk studies, physical investigations through flood risk assessment and advice on highways issues to detailed civil and structural design.
