Working closely with the contractors, Gelder Group, we have successfully value engineered this D&B scheme.

The £0.6m project to create new changing facilities for Ilkeston Rugby Club was won by Gelder Group who then sought our input to generate further savings in order that the scheme could proceed. We enjoy a strong working relationship with Gelder Group who value our approach in delivering economic solutions to benefit them and ultimately their clients.
