The redevelopment of this site which previously contained two derelict office building and a public house is set to provide 310 bedrooms of high quality student accommodation in a single block located between university campuses.

HWA have provided site assessment services to help manage the development risk in the early stages of this project and are currently working on a Stage 3 project design to inform the final project procurement.

The site has previously been historic accommodation and has contained a petrol filling station.

The final scheme will contain the accommodation over six storeys.

HWA are responsible for the design of structures, drainage, external works, highways alterations and utilities supplies associated with the scheme and will provide ground investigation and contamination assessment and remediation services as required.
